full service invitation

Our exclusive Full Service Invitation option is a new way to send your invitations or announcements to your guests. Rather than placing the order, waiting for a proof, then coming back to the store to pick up your order to take them home and address, stuff, seal, stamp and mail your invitations to your guests, we take all of the work off your hands. The only thing you have to do is pick your invitation and provide us with your guest list, and we take care of the rest. This service is completely optional and is always available to you.

here’s how it works...

• You set up an appointment with Invitations Made to Order to pick out your invitation
• You come in and pick out your invitation
• You provide us with a guest list of the recipients of your invitation
• We work with you to compose a message for your invitation
• We provide you with a proof of the invitation and envelope immediately or via email, mail or fax
• We print your invitation in your choice of thermography, engraving, black laser print or color ink
• We individually address each envelope to your guest with a return address on the back flap in black laser print or color ink
• The paper manufacturer ships your order to us
• We assemble the invitation
• We stuff
• We seal
• We affix postage
• We include any necessary maps or notes to your guests
• And then we place the finished invitations in the mail to your guests

That’s it! We can handle your entire order from start to finish, and it can typically be done within 2 business days from the time we receive the invites or stock from the printer. And the price is right for this option at only $1.25 per invite labor charge, plus the cost of the paper for the invitations, United States Postal Service postage, plus proof and shipping.

Also, you can personalize the Full Service Invitation option to fit your needs. For instance, if you want us to handle everything, but you prefer to stuff, seal, affix postage and mail out the invitations to your guests, then you can easily do so...all you have to do is tell us what you prefer. We will handle one, two, five, or all fourteen of the options that you require.
